Shipping & Returns

Upon completion of payment we will usually process your order on the same day or the day after. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the package. The shipment will be processed with My Parcel. If there is something wrong with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders from the Netherlands: next business day or Saturday.
Surrounding countries like Belgium and Germany: 1 to 3 business days.
Other EU countries: 2 to 5 business days.
Other countries: 5 to 10 business days.

After you received your order you will have 14 days to return it to us if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to send the product back in its original condition and packaging without any labels removed. When trying our shoes, please make sure you are standing on a carpet or another dust free space. Please prevent the outsoles from becoming dirty.

To make sure the package will reach us safely you are advised to use a service that provides you with a tracking number so that the package can be tracked at all times. It is your responsibility the package reaches us safely. Please note that return fees are for the customer and are non-refundable.

After the inspection of your return we will refund you through the same payment method you paid your order with.

If the sneakers you ordered don’t fit, please don’t hesitate to email us so we can arrange an exchange and give you size advice.
