Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Upon completion of payment we will usually process your order on the same day or the day after. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the package. The shipment will be processed with My Parcel. If there is something wrong with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES
EU countries: 2 to 5 business days.
Other countries: 5 to 10 business days.

RETURN POLICY
After you received your order you will have 14 days to return it to us if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever.
This period starts from the moment you receive the order. For orders with separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the last one. You may cancel all or part of your purchase within the established period.

When trying our shoes, please make sure you are standing on a carpet or another dust free space. Please prevent the outsoles from becoming dirty. We will not accept returns of products whose original packaging is damaged. Items that have been tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items that were sent must be included in the product return:

  • Product(s) to be returned.
  • Original bags, boxes, or protections.
  • All items to be returned must include their original tags.

Since we always offer free shipping, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
*Except for returns due to product defects or errors for which Parbleu is responsible. These must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, so we can handle the incident.

To make sure the package will reach us safely you are advised to use a service that provides you with a tracking number so that the package can be tracked at all times. It is your responsibility the package reaches us safely. Please note that return fees are for the customer and are non-refundable.

After the inspection of your return we will refund you through the same payment method you paid your order with.

If the sneakers you ordered don’t fit, please don’t hesitate to email us so we can arrange an exchange and give you size advice.

How to send a return on my own?
To ensure the package reaches us safely, it is advisable to use a service that provides a tracking number so the package can be tracked at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely to us. Please note that return fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The refund amount always corresponds to the total amount paid for your purchase. Any coupons used will lose their effect.

When will I receive a refund?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will verify if all return conditions are met and refund the purchase price. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the returned product does not meet the sale conditions. The refund period is approximately 72 hours from the confirmation of the arrival of the returned product at the warehouse and will never exceed 15 calendar days.

How will I receive my order refund?
Refunds will be made using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase. If the sneakers you ordered do not fit, do not hesitate to send us an email so we can arrange an exchange and give you advice on sizing.

FAULTY ORDERS
If we shipped you a different product than you ordered, we are very sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at customercare@parbleufootwear.com and we will sort things out with you.
